Paneer Kathi Rolls

INGREDIENTS 

Pickled Onions

  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Paneer filling

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • ½ tbsp finely chopped Ginger
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 finely chopped green chili
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Chipotle Sauce
  • 200 grams diced paneer

4 cooked Parathas

DIRECTIONS

Onions Pickled: Firstly, In a cup, combine the onion, vinegar, and salt; set aside.

Paneer Filling:

  1. Secondly, On medium heat, add oil to a pan or kadhai. Add the garlic and ginger to the hot oil and cook until fragrant. Sauté the onion and green chili until the onions are translucent. however, Sauté for a minute after adding the capsicum.
  2. Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and chili sauce in a mixing bowl. To mix, stir all together. Stir in the paneer until it is well combined. Sauté until the paneer is soft and tender, around 2-3 minutes. Make sure the paneer and vegetables are well-coated in the sauce. If it’s sticking to the pan, add a teaspoon of water.
  3. Thirdly, and most importantly, Put everything together: In the center of a hot paratha, spread some pickled onion. Moreover, On top of that, spread some of the paneer fillings that have been prepared. Toss in a few fried noodles. Roll securely from one end to the other, securing the filling. Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
