Started on April 1st, 1989 by Lester D’souza, who studied at IHM and completed his training from Taj Mansingh, Delhi, NEARBY NON-VEG RESTURANT Upper Crust is his dream venture which he has widely expanded after establishing his first outlet at CG road.

In 1994, he was joined by his wife Monisha and together they started their second outlet at Vijay X roads. The culinary expedition started off as a bakery which later diversified to become a fusion food chain.
