  • 50-gram onion
  • 5-gram whole gram masala
  • 250 gram Keema
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • 10-gram ginger-garlic paste
  • 250-gram refined floor
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 4-5 gram finely chopped ginger
  • 15-20 gram dry fruitsDIRECTIONS
    Stuffing for Samosa

    1) Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, curd to the Keema and marinate it. Mix it well and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.

    2) Take a pan and pour some oil into it. Let the oil get hot, thereafter add some garam masala, sliced onions, and sauté until they turn golden brown.

    1) Add some oil and salt to the refined flour and mix it well. These ingredients are added in order to make the dough stiff.

    2) Using some water, prepare the dough in a way that it is not too hard and not too soft.

    3) Make small balls out of the dough and roll them into the same shape as a pancake. Add the stuffing prepared as above to this dough and roll it in a way that the triangle shape is formed.
