STREET STYLE CHICKEN FRANKIE

 

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 Gm Chicken – (Boneless)

  • 3 tbsp of edible oil

  • Onion – Major 1 Pc

  • Tomatoes – 2 Pcs (medium)

  • Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

  • Ginger Paste – 1 tsp

  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • All-Purpose Flour – 2.5 Cups

  • Salt – To Taste

  • Egg – 1 Pcs (Whisked)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine a cup and mix salt and 1 tablespoon of oil with the all-purpose flour to make the dough for flatbreads (parathas). By adding enough water, render the dough. Create small little flatbreads (parathas) and cook half of them on a Tawa.

  • Cut and apply vinegar to the onion. Store it aside.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and add onion to it. Cook and apply the fresh ginger and garlic paste to it for 2 minutes. Now add a puree of tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Stir in cumin powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Combine it well and add it with the boneless chicken. Add Garam Masala, Talk Masala, add salt, and mix well with it.

  • Add 1 cup of water and boil until the chicken is crispy and the oil begins to float. Add chopped fresh leaves of Coriander to it and hold it aside.

  • Take a shallow saucepan for final wrapping and stuffing. Apply 1/4 teaspoon oil and place half-cooked flatbreads in the mixture (Parathas). On one hand of Fry and change his other.   • For 1 minute, wrap/roll the flatbread and prepare. Your wonderful roll of Chicken Frankie is ready for serving.
